Summary

Sullivan constructed sustainable, energy efficient state-of-the-art dual campuses for Hydro Ottawa.

The East LEED™ Gold 120,000 sq.ft. Administrative Headquarters and South LEED^™ Gold 98,000 sq. ft. Operations Centre. The campuses are equipped to house 650 of their employees and are designed for future expansion needs of the site 50-year building plan.

The East campus houses  the Administration Headquarters building, main Control and Data Centres, and Eastern Operations Centre. The South Campus consists of the Operations Centre and house metering and warehouse operations. IT, AV, technologies, industry leading workplace environments,  energy efficient and durable and reflective of Hydro Ottawa’s corporate values and objectives.

Within the 120,000 sq. ft. of the headquarters adorns a full glass atrium viewable at all levels. A fully equipped fitness center, fitness classroom, and a full commercial cafeteria for staff. Accessible office spaces, team rooms, and board rooms adorn the areas. The facilities are completely all wireless enabled solutions, with modular workstation systems and guest check in stations for employees to plug in.
