Summary

This 20 million dollar project involved the demolition of the original grandstands, field and out buildings. The original 10,000 sq.ft athletics building was totally renovated to house change rooms, laundry, hydrotherapy, offices and concessions associated with the stadium. The new construction consisted of all new site services, maintenance garage, parking, a 4,300 sq.ft building for washrooms, box office, merchandise sales and concessions. All these amenities flank the very impressive 8,000 capacity grandstand, artificial turf, scoreboards, lighting and the 3,500 sq.ft press box with 4 VIP boxes and an elevator.
