18 Mar UPDATED SULLIVAN VALUES
In January of 2020, M. Sullivan & Son Limited (Sullivan) published our five-year business plan that aligned our operations with our strategic goals and vision. Over the last two years, we have exceeded these goals, adapted through COVID-19, and entered a phase of rapid growth that has taken us to levels unseen in our 108 years of business. Throughout these changes, one thing has remained, which is our employee’s dedication to the success of Sullivan and our unwavering commitment to our corporate values.
With this growth in numbers and people, we wanted to revisit our corporate values to ensure they continue to reflect who we are today. We did not want to re-write the values per se – as they have always been a solid foundation – but we felt it was time to build on them as we prepare to enter the next phase of Sullivan.
All members of Sullivan’s Strategic Planning Group (SPG) have provided input on what unique values tie us together. That input, combined with our strong history and promising future, led us to adopt six core values that are better aligned with our people. We will be promoting our new core values across the organization so stay tuned! I am pleased to share them with you.
